A large portion of the automotive waveform library originally shipped with WaveFileAutoPro is now available as a free download. We ask only that before you downloadthe library, you review and accept the following disclaimer.
Waveform Generator is a complete waveform generator that fits inside your pocket! Use it to test your measurement equipment, apply signals as input to your electronic circuits. It doesn't end with electronic applications though. Use it to map the resonance pattern of a room, to calibrate a microphone setup or just to annoy your friends! It features all important functions of a real waveform. Waveform’s new drum sampler is a fast and easy way to quickly create your own drum kits and start programming. Utilizing simple drag and drop for audio files, MIDI learn for rapid assignment to external controllers, and a ton of great editing features commonly used for drum production, the Drum Sampler is you new powerhouse for create beats. The library is available as a collection of Waveform Manager document files that are fully compatible with Waveform Manager Pro V3.0. Go to library download page. Waveform Manager versions up through V2.6 did not include an uninstall program, however they did record a setup log during installation.
In the following agreement, 'You' means the person, company, or entity using this waveform library. 'We' and 'Us' means Progressive Diagnostics Co., a Texas L.L.C., Metratek, an Oregon Sole Proprietorship, their sales agents, distributors, suppliers, employees, and contractors.
NO INCIDENTAL/CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES: IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR YOUR USE OF THIS WAVEFORM LIBRARY, regardless whether we know or have reason to know of the possibility of such damages. Some states may not allow exclusion of incidental or consequential damages and so the foregoing exclusion may not apply to you.
YOUR INDEMNITY TO US: Independent of the foregoing provision, you agree to defend and indemnify us against, and hold us harmless from, any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses of any kind arising from or connected with the operation of your business or institution. Additionally, INDEPENDENT OF THE FOREGOING PROVISIONS, you agree that we will not be responsible for claims arising from your interpretation and/or application of this waveform library.
